Display Solutions is a visual system design and integration provider specializing in high performance, multi-channel projection video displays. We are a leading provider of theater visual systems for the simulation industry. We have recently completed the first true “look down” marine docking simulator at a facility near New Orleans, LA. Real time video feeds from the New Orleans based “look down” docking trainer will be shown in our booth (Booth # 509).

In this, our first year as a participating member in the I/ITSEC conference, we will display a full size, curved-screen simulation visual system. The system will demonstrate our new automatic geometry warping capability. It will also demonstrate electronically mapped and corrected edge-blending, adjustable high contrast optics for day and night scenes, image masking and new spatial contrast modulation to eliminate projection hot spots.

There will be ongoing demonstrations of S/W based CAD modeling tools for theater design. Interested parties can have their theater applications modeled in real time to determine design feasibility and identify potential problems with their applications.

Display Solutions will also introduce our newest system solutions for creating large, ultra-high resolution projected images in a seamless panoramic display format. This new technology is displacing the traditional “cube” based video wall displays for large 2-D display applications such as mapping, seismic and control panel simulation.
